Unkan & Üstündağ is co-founded by two prominent female lawyers that are both close friends and each other’s trusted colleagues. Following a very similar career path, co-founders Ruba Unkan and Fatma Üstündağ worked at a top-tier law firm in Istanbul before holding executive positions at leading multinationals and conglomerates.

At Unkan & Üstündağ, we provide our clients with high-quality legal services with a business savvy approach. With our co-founders’ more than 35 years of combined experience in the legal field, we aim to anticipate our Clients’ legal needs and mitigate the risks  they may encounter in today’s rapidly changing world.

We serve domestic and international clients in Turkish, English and French.
